Who can take part

  • You must have advanced (unresectable or spread) bile duct cancer confirmed by biopsy or cytology.
  • You must have already tried and not responded to or had side effects from one previous treatment for advanced disease.
  • You need at least one measurable tumor (by CT or MRI).
  • You should be in fairly good health, able to do most daily activities (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function must be within certain limits (doctor will check).
