  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of at least 18.
  • You have clear signs of inflammation (like swelling or pain) in your spine or joints.
  • You do not have an active infection, tuberculosis, or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no known allergies to the drug being tested.
