- You have a missing or damaged part of your nose or ear that is made of cartilage (the firm, bendy tissue).
- You are between 20 and 60 years old.
- Your facial defect was caused by an injury, was present at birth, or is from a failed surgery to fix the area.
- You are able to follow instructions and work with the research team.
- You do not have an active tumor in the same area, are not currently on radiation or chemotherapy, and have no known allergy to the materials that will be used.
- You do not have a condition that seriously weakens your overall health or a mental health condition that would interfere with the trial.
