Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a gap or misshapen area in your facial bone from a cyst, tumor, injury, or birth condition.
  • You need a custom-made titanium implant to fix your face (including for a receded chin).
  • You have no active disease or infection in the area being treated right now.
  • You can give written permission to take part.
  • You have not had radiation therapy in your face in the last year, and any vitamin D deficiency or diabetes must be treated and under control.
