Who can take part

  • You have a narrow upper jaw (back teeth cross over or touch edge-to-edge on one or both sides)
  • Your jaw can be in any normal growth position (forward/backward or vertical)
  • You do not have a genetic syndrome, cleft lip or palate, or severe jaw deformity
  • You do not have metal fillings in your teeth
  • You have not had braces or other orthodontic treatment before
