Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
  • Your cancer has a specific genetic change called C797S in the EGFR gene.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse while you were taking osimertinib as your first treatment.
  • You are 18 years or older and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that has not been treated with radiation and can be measured.
  • You are not pregnant, not able to become pregnant, and not planning to father a child.
