Dance program to improve mobility in older adults at risk
Part of Bones, joints & muscles, Brain & nervous system clinical trials.
This study tests whether a structured dance program (called GERAS DANCE) can help older adults who are frail or at risk of losing mobility. You would attend dance sessions at the YMCA twice a week, and researchers will see if it improves your walking and daily function.
