  • You are a woman between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have regular periods (normal ovulation).
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 35.
  • You are planning a frozen embryo transfer in a natural cycle (no strong fertility drugs).
  • You do not have blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, or uterine problems like fibroids.
