  • You are pregnant and less than 15 weeks along.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You can read and write Spanish comfortably.
  • You own a smartphone and are able to use it for apps.
  • You do not have a high-risk pregnancy that requires special medical care.
  • You are not currently taking any medication for mental health conditions.
