  • You are between 12 and 22 weeks pregnant
  • You speak and read Finnish or Swedish fluently
  • You have access to a computer or mobile phone with internet
  • You score 10 or higher on a depression screening questionnaire (EPDS)
  • You are not currently in another study treating pregnancy-related depression
