Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 45 and 70 years old who has gone through menopause.
  • You have at least one moderate symptom like vaginal dryness, burning, pain during sex, or ongoing discharge (rated 4 or higher on a 0–10 scale).
  • You have not used any hormone therapy (cream, pill, ring, etc.) in the last 6 months.
  • You have not used any vaginal moisturizers in the last 30 days.
  • You are willing to have your vaginal pH measured and to follow the study schedule.
