Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your cancer is advanced or has spread and has not responded to available treatments, or you cannot tolerate them.
- Your cancer is one of these types: bladder cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, or a tumor with a specific FGFR3 gene change.
- You have had 2 or fewer prior treatments for advanced cancer.
- You are able to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
- You do not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled heart disease, or a history of certain lung problems.
