Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have cancer that can be measured on scans (at least one measurable tumor)
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months
  • You are able to get around and care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
  • Your organ function (kidneys, liver, etc.) is adequate based on blood tests
  • You have not been treated with a B7H3-targeted drug or an antibody-drug conjugate containing a topoisomerase inhibitor
  • You do not have uncontrolled infections, heart problems, fluid buildup in the chest/belly, lung inflammation, or autoimmune disorders
  • You do not have cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord that is causing symptoms
