Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You are not currently taking any medications that affect your brain or nervous system (like antidepressants, sedatives, or stimulants).
  • You do not have any metal implants in your head, a pacemaker, or a history of seizures.
  • You are not a regular smoker and drink fewer than 10 alcoholic beverages per week.
  • You are not pregnant (if female).
  • You are able to safely do moderate physical activity.
