Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) outside the lungs (for example, in the lymph nodes, bones, abdomen, or other organs). The TB can also be in the lungs, but the main problem must be outside the lungs.
- The diagnosis must be confirmed by a lab test (like PCR or culture) or strongly suspected based on your symptoms, imaging, or exposure to someone with TB.
- You are able to give your written consent to participate.
- You are not pregnant.
- You are not in a situation that would make it hard to follow the study (like a language barrier you can't overcome, or being too weak to complete the study).
