Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with a partial rotator cuff tear (not a full tear)
  • Between 18 and 65 years old
  • Shoulder pain for at least 4 weeks
  • No major neurological or psychiatric conditions
  • No steroid injections in the shoulder within the last 6 months
