Who can take part
- You are between 25 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Stage I or II shoulder impingement syndrome by a doctor.
- Your shoulder pain has been on one side only for at least 3 months.
- You have not had physical therapy for your shoulder in the past year.
- You score 24 or higher on a memory and thinking test.
