This study tests if listening to a podcast about preventing constipation before surgery can help people who are having back, shoulder, knee, or hip surgery. If you are scheduled for one of these surgeries, you may be able to take part.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a planned back, shoulder, knee, or hip surgery at the Elective Surgery Centre.
- You can read, speak, and understand Danish.
- You have an email address and can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- You do not have hearing loss that would prevent you from listening to a podcast.
- You do not have Crohn's, colitis, or celiac disease, and have not had a colostomy or ileostomy.
