Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have triple-negative breast cancer that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body, and you have had at least 1 but no more than 2 prior chemotherapy treatments for advanced disease
  • You have not had immunotherapy or anti-angiogenic drugs (e.g., bevacizumab) before
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
  • You are in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0-2) and your organs are working well enough
