Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your cancer must be triple-negative breast cancer (hormone-receptor-negative and HER2-negative) that is locally advanced, recurrent, or has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You must have had treatment with chemotherapy plus a PD-(L)1 inhibitor (a type of immunotherapy) for advanced disease or as part of your first treatment plan, and your cancer must have progressed after that treatment.
- If you have brain metastases that were treated, they must be stable for at least 4 weeks; untreated brain metastases may be allowed if your doctor agrees.
- You need a tumor sample that shows a PD-L1 score of at least 1, which means your tumor has some level of a protein that the immunotherapy can target.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging (not just skin or bone lesions).
