Sacituzumab Govitecan and Toripalimab for First-Line Advanced Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has not been treated with chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for advanced disease.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans (CT or MRI).
  • You are willing to receive the study treatment: a combination of sacituzumab govitecan (a targeted chemotherapy antibody) and toripalimab (an immunotherapy drug).
  • You do not have symptoms from brain metastases that need urgent treatment, and you have not had prior treatment targeting HER2, Trop-2, PD-1/PD-L1, or similar drugs.
