  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have a tear in the meniscus (cushion) of one knee only.
  • You can move your knee through its full range of motion.
  • Your weight is within a healthy range (BMI below 32).
  • You have no other knee conditions (like bad cartilage damage or multiple torn ligaments).
  • You are not pregnant or planning pregnancy during the study.
