Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You live in Mexico City or the surrounding area and can travel to our center within 3 hours.
  • You have early-stage or locally advanced breast cancer (stages I, II, or III) and will be treated with certain chemotherapy drugs (anthracyclines or trastuzumab).
  • You are able and willing to take part in a supervised exercise program that includes walking and strength training.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or joint problems that would make exercise unsafe.
