Testing ersodetug for low blood sugar from neuroendocrine tumors

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older and agree to join the study.
  • You have a type of tumor called a neuroendocrine tumor that causes low blood sugar.
  • Standard treatments for low blood sugar have not worked well enough, and you need IV sugar or nutrition for at least 7 days.
  • You must not have an active infection like HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C.
  • You should not have tried other experimental drugs within the last 30 days (or 5 half-lives, whichever is longer) unless the study team approves.
  • Your life expectancy due to the tumor must be longer than 8 weeks.
