  • You must be 60 years old or older.
  • You must have a healthcare professional such as a GP or care coordinator.
  • You need a confirmed diagnosis of bipolar I or II disorder.
  • You must not be in a current manic or hypomanic episode.
  • You must not be in a current episode of severe depression.
