Who can take part

  • You are under 65 years old.
  • You have a diagnosed primary headache (like tension-type headache, migraine, or cluster headache) based on standard diagnostic criteria.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and take part in the full study.
  • You can keep a daily headache diary, either on your own or with help from a caregiver.
  • You do NOT have a secondary headache (one caused by another health problem).
  • You do NOT have a serious health condition like severe heart disease, kidney/liver failure, cancer, a past stroke, seizures, or a brain infection.
