Using brain stimulation to help reduce vaping

Who can take part

  • You use a nicotine-containing e-cigarette every day and have done so for at least the past 6 months.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are willing to come in for daily appointments Monday through Friday for two weeks.
  • You are not planning to quit vaping in the next 30 days, just looking to reduce.
  • You do not regularly smoke cigarettes, use nicotine patches or gum, or take other stop-smoking medications.
  • You have no metal in your skull, no pacemaker or implanted device, no history of seizures or recent head injury, and no scalp wounds or bruises.
