Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You have a grade 2 meniscus tear in both knees, confirmed by MRI.
  • You score at least 24 on a mental health test.
  • You can walk independently and have no serious vision or hearing issues.
  • You have not had knee surgery or other knee problems.
