Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 55 years old.
- You have a tear in the inner part of your knee's shock-absorbing cartilage (meniscus), confirmed by MRI.
- You have pain on the inner side of your knee and trouble fully bending down.
- Your doctor has cleared you for exercise.
- You do not have moderate or severe knee arthritis on an X-ray, and you have not had ligament damage or surgery in your knee.
