Who can take part
- You have a medium-sized rotator cuff tear (1 to 3 cm) seen on an MRI and are scheduled for surgery.
- You are between 40 and 75 years old.
- You can read and understand Turkish well enough to fill out forms and consent.
- You have normal thinking and memory skills (MMSE score of 24 or higher).
- You have not had a steroid shot in the affected shoulder in the last 6 weeks.
- You do not have other shoulder problems like frozen shoulder, a full-thickness tear, or previous surgery on that side.
