This trial is for people who are scheduled for a lung cancer biopsy (EBUS-TBNA) because doctors suspect non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has spread to lymph nodes. It will test leftover fluid from the biopsy to see if it improves cancer detection. If your biopsy is negative but you still need surgery to remove lymph nodes, you can help us learn more about this new test.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your doctor strongly suspects non-small cell lung cancer has spread to lymph nodes in your chest.
- You are already scheduled for a specific type of biopsy called EBUS-TBNA to check those lymph nodes.
- If your biopsy does not find cancer, you will need a surgery to remove those lymph nodes.
