Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer with only a limited number of metastases (up to 5) at the same time
- Your cancer treatment plan aims to cure the cancer using radiation to all known cancer sites
- You are at least 18 years old, and your health is strong enough (ECOG 0–1) that you’re expected to live at least 6 months
- You had recent cancer staging tests within the last 3 months (CT/PET and/or bone scan plus MRI/CT brain)
- You must have confirmed lung cancer on biopsy/pathology, and be able to give consent for the lymph-node procedure (EBUS/EUS)
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not have medical reasons you can’t receive chest radiation or can’t safely have EBUS/EUS
