Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 45 and 60 years old.
  • You have not had a period for more than 12 months (you are postmenopausal).
  • You have at least moderate menopause symptoms, including hot flashes or night sweats, plus at least two other symptoms like sleep trouble, joint pain, mood changes, or vaginal dryness.
  • You do not have allergies to bee products or pollen, and have not had your ovaries or uterus removed.
  • You are generally healthy, with no unstable medical conditions, and are willing to keep your current lifestyle and complete study tasks.
