Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 65 or older.
  • You have had surgery for breast cancer (like a mastectomy) and cancer was found in your lymph nodes after surgery.
  • Your cancer type fits one of the specific hormone receptor profiles described by your doctor.
  • You are in good enough health to walk around and take care of yourself (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have not had chemotherapy or hormone therapy before surgery for this breast cancer.
  • You do not have mental health issues that would make it hard to follow the trial plan.
