  • You have been diagnosed with asthma.
  • Your asthma is well-controlled and stable.
  • You do not have other serious lung or heart problems like COPD or heart failure.
  • No chest surgery in the last 6 months.
  • No skin infections or wounds that would prevent massage.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You have not taken part in another clinical trial in the last 3 months.
