- You are 18 years or older
- You have just been diagnosed with a chronic lymphoproliferative disorder (confirmed by bone marrow, blood tests, or lymph node biopsy)
- You have just been diagnosed with viral hepatitis (confirmed by blood tests)
- You are not currently receiving treatment for either condition
- You do not have both conditions at the same time
- You have no other blood diseases or chronic illnesses that affect blood counts
