- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with and/or treated for a lymphoproliferative disorder (a condition affecting blood or lymph cells)
- You can understand and sign a consent form, or a legal guardian can sign for you
- For retrospective patients: you have signed your institution's permission form allowing your medical data to be used for research
