- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) through lab tests or by a doctor.
- You started TB treatment less than 8 days ago.
- You are willing to give written consent to join the study. If you have TB meningitis or a severe form that affects your mind, a family member can give consent for you.
- You do not have severe memory or thinking problems that would make it hard to give consent (unless you have TB meningitis).
