  • You are a youth or junior football player.
  • You are registered with a football association.
  • You have not had any injuries in the past 3 months.
  • You passed your pre-season medical check.
  • You haven't had surgery or broken a lower limb in the last 5 years.
  • You are not currently in physiotherapy or doing another injury prevention program.
