Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 55 and 65 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 24 and 29.
  • You have gone through menopause (no period for at least 12 months) and have symptoms like sleep problems, mood changes, fatigue, or other menopause-related issues.
  • You have low bone density (osteopenia) as shown by a bone density test (T-score between -1 and -2.5).
  • You are currently taking vitamin D3 and calcium supplements.
  • You are a non-smoker and do not use tobacco products.
