Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and have fully recovered from surgery or a tumor-removal procedure.
  • You have at least one high-risk feature that makes your cancer more likely to come back, such as a tumor larger than 5 cm, multiple tumors, or cancer that spread into blood vessels or lymph nodes.
  • Your liver function is still relatively good (Child-Pugh A or early B).
  • You have no major vein blockages (like in the main portal vein) and no active hepatitis B (viral level under 500 IU/mL).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control while on the study.
