Who can take part
- You are 20 years old or older.
- You have heart failure with reduced pumping function (an ejection fraction of 40% or less).
- You are currently taking the medicine sacubitril/valsartan (also called Entresto).
- You are receiving heart care at the cardiology clinic or ward at National Taiwan University Hospital, and your doctor referred you to this study.
- You are able to provide consent and attend three in-person study visits (about 3, 6, and 12 months after you start).
