  • You are 18 years old
  • You play in the first league and compete regularly
  • You are healthy with no previous surgeries on your arms, legs, or spine
  • You have not had any other leg injuries in the last 6 months
  • You have no pain that stops you from playing and no neurological or connective tissue diseases
