  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Play for the AZS volleyball league
  • Compete regularly in league matches
  • Agree to participate and follow the study rules, including wearing a helmet
  • Have no past surgeries on your arms, legs, or spine
  • Have no other arm injuries in the last 6 months
  • Do not have any pain that stops you from doing the study
