Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a severe leaky right heart valve (tricuspid regurgitation)
  • You are going to have a procedure called T-TEER to fix the valve
  • You do not have other serious heart valve problems, like severe mitral valve leak
  • You do not have active infections, gut diseases, previous gut surgery, or active cancer
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the last month
