  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have a severely leaky tricuspid valve (the valve on the right side of your heart)
  • Your heart's pumping strength is reduced (ejection fraction below 50%)
  • You are willing and able to attend regular heart failure clinic visits for follow-up care
  • You understand the study's risks and benefits and agree to participate
  • Your heart valve anatomy is suitable for a minimally invasive repair procedure
