Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation.
- You have tried at least one prior standard treatment, including immunotherapy and chemotherapy (if you do not have specific genetic changes) or targeted therapy and chemotherapy (if you have specific genetic changes).
- Your cancer has a measurable tumor on a scan within the last 4 weeks.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or surgery) or agree to a new biopsy.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can care for yourself and are up and about more than half the day).
- You have not received certain previous treatments, including any drug that targets topoisomerase I (like some chemotherapies or antibody-drug conjugates).
