This study looks for undiagnosed COPD in people with heart conditions like coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, or chronic heart failure. If you have heart disease and are over 40, you may join to see if you also have COPD and benefit from combined care.

Who can take part
- You are at least 40 years old.
- You have or had one of these heart conditions: coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, or chronic heart failure.
- You are able to do a breathing test (spirometry).
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or unstable angina in the last month.
- You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure or active infections like COVID-19 or pneumonia.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy (if applicable).
