Choline injection for adolescents and adults with intestinal failure on long-term parenteral support
Part of Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This study tests whether a choline injection can help people with intestinal failure who need long-term intravenous nutrition (parenteral support). It may improve liver health and reduce complications from not getting enough choline through food.

This trial tests whether taking a choline supplement during pregnancy can reduce harmful effects on the baby when a person drinks heavily while pregnant. It may help support healthier pregnancy and baby outcomes for those who meet the study’s drinking and nutrition criteria.
