This study tests a new way to help children with developmental language disorder learn complex grammar. It may be a good fit if your child struggles with understanding and using sentences and has not received this type of therapy before.

Who can take part
- Your child must have a language disorder, shown by a low score (34 or lower) on a specific language test.
- Your child's nonverbal thinking skills (IQ) must be average or above (score of 77 or higher).
- Your child must have normal hearing and vision (or vision corrected with glasses).
- Your child must be a native English speaker.
- Your child must have trouble understanding sentences (score 50% or lower on a sentence test).
- Your child cannot have other conditions like autism, ADHD, a brain injury, or be getting speech therapy for complex grammar from another provider.
